So much worse than the older versions

When creating a track with the older versions of GarageBand, I would delete the current queue and record and new project, using “Save “As” to save the new file. I would do this since there was no option to create a template, so to keep the same settings for all my recordings, I would just use “Save As”. Well, in GarageBand 10.1, doing this will just lose those tracks, so if you open an older file after having used “Save As", it will be lost without recovery. Additionally, this version is slower and much more prone to freezing than previous versions. Thanks for wasting my time, Apple.
